The following explains the Coalition for Smarter Growth's information gathering and dissemination practices.
Registration
Our site's registration form asks users to give us contact information (like name and email address). We use that contact information to send the user email updates and, when necessary, to contact the user. In addition, some information on our lists, such as your name and address, may be shared with Coalition partner organizations to contact you about programs and campaigns that we are conducting jointly or endorse. User data is never sold or disclosed to organizations outside of the Coalition or used for other purposes under any circumstances and is held in complete privacy.
Opt-Out
Users can have their name and data removed from our database at any time by visiting the Subscription Management Page or sending email to email@domain.org with the subject "REMOVE" or "Remove Me".
Correction/Updating Personal Information
If a user's personal information changes (such as email address), or if a user no longer desires our service, we provide a way to correct, update or remove personal information on the Subscription Management Page.
