SUMMARY:What's middle housing? Walk Cleveland Park to explore its variety of housing options
DESCRIPTION:Join us for a guided walking tour of housing in historic Cleveland Park with Peter Miles\, architect and ANC 3C05 commissioner. In this tour\, we will explore the characteristics of residential buildings and open spaces that make a neighborhood walkable and inviting. DC has many examples of modest scale housing\, or “middle housing” which are a range of multi-unit housing types compatible in scale with single-family homes that help meet the demand for walkable neighborhoods. We’ll use this tour to consider how to preserve and replicate what we like best about our neighborhoods. These neighborhoods have been and can continue to be dynamic places to provide housing options for the changing needs of our households over time. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n3310 Connecticut Ave NW\, Washington\, DC 20008
