Our exciting guest speaker this year is Yonah Freemark of the Urban Institute! Yonah is a nationally recognized expert on housing, land use, and transportation. In the past year alone, Yonah and his partners at Urban Institute have tackled policy solutions for the affordability crisis, the links between zoning reform and housing supply, the transit funding crisis, and the future of transit-oriented development in American cities.
