What’s in store for Bowie State MARC Station? A site tour

We are hosting a special site tour highlighting Maryland’s Joint Development program to help catalyze vibrant, walkable, transit-oriented development at the Bowie State University MARC Station. 

Surrounded by parking lots now, this MARC station might not look like much. But this place is full of possibility. We will be joined by MDOT; Dr. Aminta H. Breaux, President of Bowie State University; and others to discuss how this partnership will generate transit-oriented development on land owned by the state, university, and Prince George’s County.
