Metro Board Blasts Transit Agency for Derailment Track Issue

Metro’s Board of Directors says it is “outraged and dismayed” following the interim GM’s admission that the transit agency knew about a track issue but didn’t act on it, before a train derailed at the Smithsonian Station.
